Welcome to IkviMedia! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by IkviMedia ("we," "our," "us"). By engaging with any of our services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
IkviMedia offers a range of professional services including, but not limited to:
English to Hindi video dubbing.
Complete YouTube channel management.
Video editing and post-production services.
Social media management (content planning, posting, engagement).
Celebrity giveaway sponsorships and brand collaborations.
We may add, remove, or modify services at our sole discretion.
2. Service Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering binding agreements.
You have the legal rights to any content you provide to us for processing or management.
3. Content Guidelines
We maintain strict content policies:
We do not work on projects involving gambling, casino, betting, adult/explicit content, or videos heavily focused on female visuals.
If a submitted video includes inappropriate sections, we reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse dubbing those parts.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with YouTube's guidelines and all applicable laws.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required before work on any project begins.
The remaining 50% payment is due upon completion and before final delivery.
Payment methods and invoices will be shared via email or designated communication channels.
Failure to complete payments may lead to project delays or termination.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the project scope.
Revisions are limited to issues related to dubbing quality, editing adjustments, caption corrections, management strategies, or branding guidelines.
Additional revisions outside the scope or beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
6. Project Timelines
Standard delivery timelines vary depending on the service type:
Dubbing projects: 15–17 business days after advance payment and content confirmation.
Video editing, social media management plans, and YouTube management schedules will be agreed upon separately.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late material submission, unresponsive communication) are not the responsibility of IkviMedia.
7. Confidentiality
All client-provided materials (videos, scripts, account details, analytics data, campaign plans) are handled with strict confidentiality.
We will not disclose or reuse your content without your written consent.
Only authorized IkviMedia personnel will have access to sensitive project information.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide all necessary materials, credentials, and instructions accurately and promptly.
Cooperate during the project timeline, especially for feedback, approvals, and communication.
Obtain all third-party rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for the content shared.
IkviMedia is not responsible for copyright violations or legal disputes arising from client-provided content.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel the project after advance payment, the advance amount is non-refundable.
If IkviMedia cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be offered based on work completed.
In case of breach of Terms (such as inappropriate behavior, content violations), we reserve the right to terminate services without refunded.
10. Limitation of Liability
IkviMedia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific performance results (e.g., subscriber growth, video virality) unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
11. Amendments
IkviMedia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website and notified to clients via email where applicable.
